I recommend 7" or 8" pantyliners for smaller frames and 9" or 10" pantyliners for medium and larger builds.

Absorbent core is made using organic bamboo cotton and hemp fleece. Bottom layer is made using fuchsia colored Eco pul. This pad is a part of my new gradient color collection. See all colors available in photos.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
This is what I do and always have great results:
Rinse in cold water until water runs clear asap. Preferably before they dry.
Soak in small bucket with water and white vinegar mix until ready to wash.
This will kill any odor that might occur.
If I feel like the pad might stain, I like to use a eco friendly stain remover powder on them. After rinsing sprinkle a little on, rub gently, then soak in water, vinegar mix until ready to wash.
I like to wash on cold or warm with my regular load of laundry.
Never use fabric softener. This will cause the absorbent fabric to not be absorbent.
Drying Directions:
I like to line dry mine and then finish them off on low in the dryer. If this is not an option low is the best setting.
I have pre washed and dried the top flannel, and absorbent core fabric with a eco, non scented detergent.
I dried on medium to shrink.
From experience, if you dry on high they will potentially shrink, bunch, and can compromise the leakproof quality of the eco pul.
So dry on low
With proper care, these pads will last you years!!!
