Preferable before they dry. I like to do this in the shower since the water is already running.\u003cbr\u003e\nIf you feel like the pads might stain, pre rub with detergent, and soak in a water vinegar mix for 1-2 hours. Approximately 1\/8 cup vinegar to 3 gallons water. This will also kill any lingering odor. Once every few months is fine.\u003cbr\u003e\nVinegar can breakdown the leakproof layer if mix is too strong, or left soaking for too long. So be frugal with the vinegar.\u003cbr\u003e\nI wash mine with my regular load of laundry.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDRYING SUGGESTIONS:\u003cbr\u003e\nDry on medium. If line drying it’s best to finish off in dryer.
