Preferable before they dry. I like to do this in the shower since the water is already running. \u003cbr\u003eIf you feel like the pads might stain, pre rub with detergent, and soak in a water vinegar mix for 1-2 hours. Approximately 1\/8 cup vinegar to 3 gallons water. This will also kill any lingering odor. Once every few months is fine. \u003cbr\u003eVinegar can breakdown the leakproof layer if mix is too strong, or left soaking for too long. So be frugal with the vinegar. \u003cbr\u003eI wash mine with my regular load of laundry.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDRYING SUGGESTIONS:\u003cbr\u003eDry on medium. If line drying it’s best to finish off in dryer.
